1. Scope and current website status١. نطاق الشروط والوضع الحالي للموقع

RylN is preparing to launch a bilingual mobile app focused initially on Egypt. This website currently provides information about the planned app, the company and launch updates. It does not currently offer user accounts, inventory, reservations, payments or refunds. Additional in-app terms may apply when those services launch. يستعد RylN لإطلاق تطبيق هاتف بالعربية والإنجليزية يركز في مرحلته الأولى على مصر. ويقدم هذا الموقع حالياً معلومات عن التطبيق المخطط له والشركة وأخبار الإطلاق. ولا يتيح حالياً حسابات مستخدمين أو قوائم متاحة أو حجوزات أو مدفوعات أو مبالغ مستردة. وقد تسري شروط إضافية داخل التطبيق عند إطلاق تلك الخدمات.

2. Information and communications٢. المعلومات والاتصالات

If you contact us or ask for launch updates, you must provide accurate contact information. The website opens your own email application and does not create an app account. You may ask us to stop non-essential communications at any time. إذا تواصلت معنا أو طلبت أخبار الإطلاق، فيجب أن تقدم بيانات تواصل صحيحة. يفتح الموقع تطبيق البريد الإلكتروني الخاص بك ولا ينشئ حساباً في التطبيق. ويمكنك أن تطلب منا إيقاف الرسائل غير الضرورية في أي وقت.

3. Accounts and reservations after launch٣. الحسابات والحجوزات بعد الإطلاق

After the app launches, you may be asked for account, contact, reservation and payment information. You will be responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the accuracy of information submitted. Prices, availability, provider conditions and the total amount payable will be presented in the app before a reservation is confirmed. بعد إطلاق التطبيق، قد يُطلب منك تقديم بيانات الحساب والتواصل والحجز والدفع. وستكون مسؤولاً عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول وعن صحة المعلومات المقدمة. وسيتم عرض الأسعار والتوافر وشروط مقدم الخدمة وإجمالي المبلغ المستحق داخل التطبيق قبل تأكيد الحجز.

4. Acceptable use٤. الاستخدام المقبول

You must not use RylN unlawfully; attempt unauthorized access; disrupt the website or app; introduce harmful code; impersonate another person; submit unlawful, misleading, offensive or rights-infringing material; or use the service in a way that harms another person, provider or organization. We may remove submitted material or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect RylN, its users or others. يحظر استخدام RylN بصورة غير مشروعة، أو محاولة الدخول دون تصريح، أو تعطيل الموقع أو التطبيق، أو إدخال برمجيات ضارة، أو انتحال شخصية الغير، أو تقديم محتوى غير قانوني أو مضلل أو مسيء أو منتهك للحقوق، أو استخدام الخدمة بطريقة تضر بشخص أو مقدم خدمة أو جهة أخرى. ويجوز لنا إزالة المحتوى المقدم أو تقييد الوصول عندما يكون ذلك ضرورياً بصورة معقولة لحماية RylN أو مستخدميه أو الغير.

5. Intellectual property and licence٥. الملكية الفكرية والترخيص

Unless stated otherwise, the RylN name, branding, website, app, software, illustrations and original content are owned by AOSS Logistics LLC SP or used with permission. You may access them for their intended personal use. Without prior written permission, you must not republish, sell, rent, sublicense, reproduce, duplicate, copy or redistribute protected RylN material, except where applicable law permits. ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك، فإن اسم RylN وعلامته التجارية وموقعه وتطبيقه وبرمجياته ورسوماته ومحتواه الأصلي مملوكة لشركة AOSS Logistics LLC SP أو مستخدمة بإذن. ويمكنك الوصول إليها للاستخدام الشخصي المخصص لها. ولا يجوز لك، دون إذن كتابي مسبق، إعادة نشر مواد RylN المحمية أو بيعها أو تأجيرها أو ترخيصها من الباطن أو إعادة إنتاجها أو نسخها أو إعادة توزيعها، إلا بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون المعمول به.

6. Cookies, local storage and privacy٦. ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتخزين المحلي والخصوصية

The website may use browser storage needed for site preferences, such as your language choice. Our handling of personal information and any future use of cookies or analytics are described in the Privacy Policy. قد يستخدم الموقع مساحة التخزين في المتصفح اللازمة لتفضيلات الموقع، مثل اختيار اللغة. وتوضح سياسة الخصوصية كيفية تعاملنا مع المعلومات الشخصية وأي استخدام مستقبلي لملفات تعريف الارتباط أو أدوات التحليل.

7. Independent service providers٧. مقدمو الخدمات المستقلون

After launch, hotels, restaurants, property providers, product providers and service providers may supply services independently. Their applicable prices, availability, cancellation terms and service conditions will be shown before confirmation where relevant. بعد الإطلاق، قد تقدم الفنادق والمطاعم ومقدمو العقارات والمنتجات والخدمات خدماتهم بصورة مستقلة. وستظهر الأسعار والتوافر وشروط الإلغاء وشروط الخدمة المطبقة الخاصة بهم قبل التأكيد عند الاقتضاء.

8. Cancellations and refunds٨. الإلغاء والاسترجاع

When reservations become available, cancellation eligibility may depend on the scheduled reservation time and any provider-specific terms shown before payment. The general RylN rules are set out in the Refund Policy. Those rules do not limit any mandatory rights under applicable law or any more favourable terms shown with a reservation. عند إتاحة الحجوزات، قد تعتمد أهلية الإلغاء على موعد الحجز المقرر وأي شروط خاصة بمقدم الخدمة تظهر قبل الدفع. وترد قواعد RylN العامة في سياسة الاسترجاع. ولا تقيد هذه القواعد أي حقوق إلزامية بموجب القانون المعمول به أو أي شروط أكثر فائدة تظهر مع الحجز.

9. Availability, changes and accuracy٩. التوافر والتغييرات ودقة المعلومات

We may update, suspend or change the website, app or their content. We aim to keep information accurate, but pre-launch features, timing and availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. يجوز لنا تحديث الموقع أو التطبيق أو محتواهما أو تعليقه أو تغييره. ونسعى إلى إبقاء المعلومات دقيقة، لكن مزايا ما قبل الإطلاق ومواعيده وتوافره قد تتغير. ولا نضمن استمرار الوصول دون انقطاع أو أخطاء.

10. Disclaimers and liability١٠. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها

The website is provided for general pre-launch information. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AOSS Logistics LLC SP excludes implied representations, warranties and conditions and is not responsible for indirect loss caused by reliance on preliminary information or temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. يُقدَّم الموقع لأغراض معلوماتية عامة قبل الإطلاق. وإلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون المعمول به، تستبعد شركة AOSS Logistics LLC SP أي إقرارات أو ضمانات أو شروط ضمنية، ولا تتحمل المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة الناتجة عن الاعتماد على معلومات أولية أو عن عدم التوافر المؤقت. ولا تستبعد هذه الشروط أو تحد المسؤولية عن الوفاة أو الإصابة الشخصية الناتجة عن الإهمال، أو الاحتيال أو التحريف الاحتيالي، أو أي مسؤولية أخرى لا يجوز قانوناً استبعادها أو الحد منها.

11. Governing law١١. القانون الواجب التطبيق

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Egyptian courts unless mandatory law provides otherwise. تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في جمهورية مصر العربية. وتُعرض النزاعات على المحاكم المصرية المختصة ما لم يقضِ قانون إلزامي بخلاف ذلك.
